My first attempt at blogging

When I was a young boy in Long Beach, NY I had a pastor who I very much admired, actually, I think he is a saint. His name is, Monsignor John A Cass, pastor of St Ignatius Martyr in Long Beach. He was, I suppose an intellectual. He published the parish monthly called the Martyr and on the back page he had a little commentary on life called, "Conversations with a termite." Out of admiration for my pastor I have decided to use that title on my blog. Like Monsignor Cass, I too will speak with the same termite, Caligula.
My intentions on this blog is to express my thoughts, my hopes my prayer and I guess most importantly what I really think.
